Welcome to ÉclatNYC. By purchasing a ticket, submitting a private charter inquiry, or utilizing our transportation services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Policies. Please read them carefully prior to completing any reservation.
1. Ticket Purchases & Digital Pass Issuance

Digital Ticketing Engine: All ticket sales for scheduled express excursions are processed electronically through our online store.

Instant Delivery: Immediately upon payment confirmation, a digital ticket containing a scannable QR code is issued to the email address provided at checkout.

Format: Passes may be presented on a mobile device via email, PDF download, or Apple Wallet. Physical printed tickets are not required.

Multi-Ticket Orders: If multiple tickets are purchased in a single transaction, the purchaser will receive a consolidated multi-ticket pass email. The purchaser is responsible for distributing individual digital passes to guests within their party prior to boarding.
2. Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy

All Sales Final: Due to strict vehicle capacity caps on our executive motorcoaches, all ticket sales for scheduled express excursions are final and non-refundable.

Unused & Expired Passes: Unused tickets for missed departures are void and cannot be refunded, credited, or applied toward future travel dates.

Rescheduling / Date Transfers: Transfer requests to an alternate departure date for the same tour package may be accommodated subject to seat availability, provided the request is submitted via email to
contact@eclatnyc.comat least 48 hours prior to the originally scheduled departure time. -
Trip Cancellations by ÉclatNYC: In the rare event that ÉclatNYC must cancel an excursion due to severe, unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen operational disruptions, passengers will be offered a full refund or a complimentary transfer to a rescheduled date.
3. Departure, Boarding & Punctuality

Departure Locations: All scheduled express excursions depart from and return to designated pickup hubs specified on your booking confirmation and digital ticket pass.

Boarding Window: Boarding opens 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.

Strict Punctuality: Motorcoaches depart promptly at designated times to maintain trip schedules. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and ÉclatNYC is not responsible for passengers who fail to arrive before departure.

Open Seating: Seating on board is filled on a first-come, first-served basis upon boarding. Parties wishing to sit together should arrive early during the boarding window.
4. Onboard Conduct & Safety Policies

Passenger Behavior: To maintain an executive-class environment, all guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward fellow passengers, drivers, and onboard staff.

Prohibited Items & Activities: Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited on board at all times.

Alcohol Policy: Open alcohol consumption on board is regulated in accordance with applicable state and local laws. ÉclatNYC reserves the right to deny boarding or service to any individual exhibiting intoxication or disorderly behavior without refund.

Personal Belongings: Passengers are solely responsible for their personal belongings, luggage, and personal purchases carried on board or stored in under-bus luggage compartments. ÉclatNYC assumes no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
5. Private Charters & Custom Corporate Events

Quotations & Availability: Private charter pricing is customized based on vehicle availability, trip duration, mileage, routing, and specialized client requests. Quotes provided by ÉclatNYC remain valid for 14 calendar days from issuance unless otherwise specified.

Booking Deposit: A deposit (or full payment, depending on timing) is required to lock in motorcoach reservations and secure driver assignment.

Itinerary Changes: Custom itinerary modifications (such as additional stops or extended operational hours) made within 72 hours of trip departure may be subject to extra hourly or mileage surcharges.
6. Limitation of Liability

Traffic & Delays: ÉclatNYC is not liable for delays, missed connections, or schedule adjustments caused by circumstances beyond its control, including heavy traffic, road closures, adverse weather, or third-party route disruptions.

Third-Party Destinations: ÉclatNYC acts strictly as a luxury transportation provider. Activities, food/beverage purchases, and entry policies at destination locations are governed independently by those respective third-party venue operators.
